About This Competition

Rookie and the Beast is back for 2025!

Aiming to bring newbies into the competition scene with the support of an experienced CrossFitter.

 

Rookie - 1st year of CrossFit, 1st competition, or scales the majority of their workouts (ask your coach if you're unsure)

Beast - Confident CrossFitter, can do Fran/Cindy/Grace Rx'd

 

You can have any combination of MM, FF or MF pairs, competing in one division, with loading and competition formats to level the playing field.

 


Rookies - standards will be inclusive and further scaling can be agreed on the day if needed. All levels can be involved.

Beasts - you will be challenged to your limits, advanced skills may be included on workouts with an increasing difficulty as you progress.

Beast - Max Rep G2OH (60/42.5)

 

The goal is to earn your partner more time on the barbell. Every interval is a shared effort. Score is total G2OH reps.
