7 Minuten Zeit um einen schweren Deadlift aufzustellen, keine Begrenzung der Versuche.

Loglift Ladder:

jedes Team hat 45sec. Zeit einen kontinuierlich schwerer werdenden Log über Kopf zu stoßen.

start @60 für die Männer und 45kg für die Frauen.

Tiebreak= beide Athleten schaffen das Gewicht.

15sec Transition.

Die Gewichte ab 70kg und bei weniger als 6 Teams werden am Holzlog geliftet.

Steigerung 5kg für die Männer und 2,5kg für die Frauen.

 

3 Sets of 90sec. Work/90sec. Rest

Partner A startet mit 6x Burpee Sandbag 45/30kg over Box 60/50cm

und maximal vielen Kalorien auf dem Echobike.

nach 90sec. startet Partner B und macht das gleiche Workout für weitere 90sec. 

Das wiederholt sich 3 mal.

Der Score ist die gesamte Anzahl an Kalorien beider Athleten.

Die Aufgaben können untereinander beliebig getauscht werden. Die Pushpress werden nur gezählt, wenn der Partner hängt. Beim rudern wird im I go You go Style gerabeitet und kann nach belieben getauscht werden.
