About This Competition

What is BTC online?

An online weekend competition of 4 workouts over 4 days, designed exclusively for teenagers aged 13-19 from anywhere in the World. A competition to motivate and encourage teens across the world to train and, provide a platform for testing of fitness gymnastics & weightlifting skills safely.

BTC aims to recognise and help develop the future talent in the sport of CrossFit in a safe, fun environment. Movement standards will always come first and the event organisers always encourage safe movement over intensity.

The four WODs over the weekend are based on the teens gaining experience in more technical movements and under the pressure of a competition environment. With the top 5 of the RX'd categories going through to an online finals weekend 9th-12th October.

Open to 13-19 year old Boys and Girls, with Rx'd, Scaled and 'home' option categories. 12 year olds may enter the scaled category only. Age category decided by AGE ON DAY of 4th July 2020 - date of our original competition that was cancelled.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds but all proceeds will go towards supporting future events for the teens.

What do I need?

Photo evidence of a valid form of ID.

A judge and video for each workout.

List of equipment you will need is explained when you select your division category....

* You will need your usual training gear, and any accessories you may need for gymnastics & weightlifting events.

* Subject to change - you will be notified via email if any changes to this list occur.
