About This Competition

Your first VidaFit In-House Competition of 2023 is here and it's going to be FUN!!!

Get your team of 4 together (2 males, 2 females) and register in either the Lifestyle, Fitness or Performance division.

 

This is one not to be missed!

DATE: SATRUDAY 27TH MAY 2023

TIME: 6AM - 2PM (times TBC based on numbers)

COST: Only $200 per team of 4 (Early bird only $160)

Flow- On go, first M/F pair start working through the first round. Once complete they will tag the resting pair into their first Round. Follow this format until the 12 min time window is up. Scoring- 1 score for total rounds and reps.

Flow- On go- Male Completes an entire round before tagging in the waiting Female. Follow this structure until all 4 team members have completed the workout.  Score- 1 score, total time to complete workout.

Flow- On Go- M/F pairs work through the cal on either row or bike. Team then works through the three rounds following the structure and outlined flow. Once done the team heads back to the bike and row and in any fashion accumulates max calories in remaining time.

2 scores- time to complete cal buy in plus 3 rounds & total of both row and bike cals added together.

*Sync- Top or Pull Up/Row, top of Thruster, top of box, top of snatch.
