About This Competition

I samarbejde med Bodylab og det lækre, nye  Aros (Aarhus) skyder vi d. 9-10. februar First Timers 2019 sæsonen i gang.

'First Timers 19.1' er to separate en-dags konkurrencer med hhv. TEAM (samme køn) om lørdagen og INDIVIDUEL om søndagen.

Husk, at First Timers er en debutantkonkurrence, hvor atleterne ikke tidligere må have deltaget i åbne konkurrencer, hverken som team eller individuel (OPEN, interne konkurrencer og lign. undtaget). Dertil skal alle deltagende efter bedste overbevisning være på 'Begynder niveau' på afviklingsdatoen.

TILMELDING
Team (lørdag): 679,-/hold inkl. atlet t-shirts
Individuel (søndag): 379,-/person inkl. atlet t-shirt
Bemærk, ex. Competition Corner gebyr

Vi håber, at de garvede atleter, instruktører og boxledere rundt omkring i landets boxe og træningscentre vil tage First Timers atleterne under deres vinger og sikre dem de bedste forberedelser til konkurrencen.

(1) Scoren angives som tiden når atleten står på målpladen efter at have udført alle gentagelser - eller ved timecap som 'CAP + xx', hvor xx er lig med antal gentagelser udført indenfor tidsrammen.
(2) Eventet scores op til 100 point.

1RM Clean + Front squat + Shoulder-to-overhead

(1) Atleten må starte på romaskinen.
(2) Scoren er angivet som det antal meter atleten kan rå indenfor 2 minutter.
(3) Eventet scores op til 100 point.

A | FOR DISTANCE | 00:00 - 02:00

1RM Clean + Front squat + Shoulder-to-overhead

(1) Atleten må selv loade og  de-loade vægtstangen efter eget ønske
(2) Fejles et del-løft må atleten forsøge igen, hvis rage of motion på complexet ikke brydes.
(3) Clean må udføres anyhow - dog ikke fra hang.
(4) Shoulder-to-overhead må udføres anyhow.
(5) Scoren er angivet som antal KG for tungeste godkendte løft.
(6) Eventet scores op til 100 point.

FOR TIME | 12 minutter

5 runder:
10 Hanging knee raises
10 KB hang-to-overhead (24/16)
15 Box jump overs (20"/24")

Box jump kassen 'flippes' ind i næste felt efter hver runde.

(1) KB hang-to-overhead må udføres anyhow (snatch, eller Clean'n'jerk)
(2) Scoren er angivet som tiden når atleten står på målpladen efter at have udført alle gentagelser - eller som 'CAP + xx' hvor 'xx' er antallet af gentagelser udført indenfor tidsgrænsen.
(3) Eventet scores op til 100 point.

FOR TIME | 10 minutter

3 runder:
9 Pull-ups
12 Bar-facing burpees over bar
15 Thrusters (40/25kg)

(1) Først Thruster i hvert set må udføres som Cluster
(2) Scoren er angivet som tiden når atleten står på målpladen efter at have udført alle gentagelser - eller ved timecap som 'CAP + xx' hvor 'xx' er antallet af gentagelser udført indenfor tidsrammen.
(3) Eventet scores op til 100 point.
