About This Competition
Rogue Valley CrossFit is proud to host WODs of MAYhem 2016! This is our fourth event and promises to be a fun Memorial Weekend CrossFit partner competition, on Saturday May 28th. Divisions will be Scaled and RX M/M and F/F teams, up to 12 teams per division. Standards are listed on the event facebook page.
There will be 3 guaranteed workouts (and likely a floater) plus the final for the top 3 teams in each division.
There will be a swag bag for every team including a shirt for males teams and tank for females and the opportunity to win some of the best prizes around. Past Prizes have been CA$H donated by Rogue Credit Union and Colin Mullane at Full Circle Real Estate, Oakley Sunglasses donated by Cerakote Firearm Coatings, SFH - Stronger Faster Healthier swag, TriggerPoint, Big Tree Farms Coco Hydro, Pure Clean Powder beet juice, Feed Me Fight Me swag, GLACÉ CRYOTHERAPY Medford, Get A Massage Medford, LatitudeGearRx, The Human Bean Jackson County, The Sox Box.
