About This Competition

 

Vitosha Classic е двудневно състезание, което ще се състои на 03 и 04 Юни 2023г. на територията на Crossfit Vitosha. 

В събитието ще вземат участие:

Първите:

15 отбора в категория Men Elite

5 отбора в категория Women Elite

20 отбора в категория Men Intermediate

15 отбора в категория Women Intermediate,

които са преминали успешно през  предварителните онлайн квалификации за състезанието.

Физиката и волята на състезателите ще бъдат изпитани в няколко евента.

Напомняме на състезателите ЗАДЪЛЖИТЕЛНО да вземат със себе си плувна шапка и кърпа, които ще им бъдат необходими за един от евентите.

ACE OF SPADES

Athletes (A1/A2) have 6 intervals of 1:30 min work and

30 sec rest.

Int. 1 A1 Snatch / A2 Rests
Int. 2 A2 C&J / A1 Rests

Int. 3 A1 Snatch / A2 Rest
Int. 4 A2 C&J / A1 Rest

If the lift is successful, the athlete rests the remaining time.
If the lift is unsuccessful, the athlete can attempt the same weight until the end of the interval.

12 DB shoulder-to-overhead per arm (sync.)

10/15 Cals on C2 Bike (per athlete)

Time cap 12 mins

Score = Time to complete the 3 rounds + cash out


If the workout is not completed within the time cap,
