About This Competition

The quest to find COMPLETE's most well rounded duo! 

This is not your normal CrossFit competition. There are no random events or unnecessary fluff. All events have the purpose to measure a particular aspect of fitness in a simple, easy to judge format. The events come together to prove the most well rounded athletes in a FUN & ENTERTAINING way! 

ALL LEVELS CAN DO THIS COMP INCLUDING ROOKIES!

For all events, partners can switch designation of Partner 1/2 based on event

RX - Teams of 2

  • Male/Male
  • Female/Female
  • Completes most WOD's as RX
  • Top 10-15% in most categories at gym
  • Checkout the workouts and standards to help your choice!

Scaled - Teams of 2

  • Male/Male
  • Female/Female
  • Completes most WOD's scaled
  • Rookie through Intermediate 


LEGENDS - Teams of 2

  • Male/Male
  • Female/Female
  • COMBINED age of 85 or greater
  • ALL Levels as long a age benchmark is met

Workouts

For time (Bike + Row = Team time) 

25:00 CAP 

Athlete 1 will complete

  • Male - 5KM Row 
  • Female - 4.5KM Row 

Athlete 2 will complete

  • Male - 300 Cal Bike  
  • Female - 200 Cal Bike  

Athletes will be starting on their own machines and working at the same time. 

1s will be added for each meter remaining at CAP

10s will be added for each calorie remaining at CAP 

For all events, the designation of Partner 1/2 can be switched based the strategy for that event. 

FOR TIME - 12 minute CAP 

Athlete 1 then Athlete 2 

  • 30 Alternating DB Snatch 
  • 10 Burpee Box Over 
  • 20 Alternating DB Snatch 
  • 10 Burpee Box Over 
  • 10 Alternating DB Snatch 
  • 10 Burpee Box Over 
  • 10 Alternating DB Snatch 
  • 10 Burpee Box Over 
  • 20 Alternating DB Snatch 
  • 10 Burpee Box Over 
  • 30 Alternating DB Snatch 
  • 10 Burpee Box Over 

RX 50/35 -Box 24/20 - Must Jump 

Scaled/LEGENDS - Snatch 35/20 Box 24/20 - Can Step 

For all events, the designation of Partner 1/2 can be switched based the strategy for that event. 

 

For time 

Athlete 1 will complete a 120' sled push (30' x 4)

+

Athelte 2 will complete a 120' sled push (30' x 4) 

Events 7 and 8 will be completed together BACK to BACK on a 5 minute clock

The E7 sled push will start at 0:00 and then E8 TIRE FLIP will run from 3:00 to 5:00 

For all events, the designation of Partner 1/2 can be switched based the strategy for that event. 

 

Athlete 1 will complete a 240' Shuttle Run (4 x 60') course moving all 4 cones from end line back to start line 

Athlete 2 will complete a 240' Shuttle Run (4 x 60') course moving all 4 cones from end line back to start line 

Score = Time for Athlete 1 + Time for Athlete 2

Event 5 will directly follow Event 4

For all events, the designation of Partner 1/2 can be switched based the strategy for that event. 

For Max Reps 

Athlete 1 and Athlete 2 will have 2 minutes to accumulate max tire flips. 

Tire can only be flipped by 1 athlete at a time

Atheltes can take turns flipping however they choose 

Events 7 and 8 will be completed together BACK to BACK on a 5 minute clock

The E7 sled push will start at 0:00 and then E8 TIRE FLIP will run from 3:00 to 5:00 

Athletes will have 5 minutes to complete both test

Athlete 1 will complete a Max Vertical Jump 

Athlete 2 will complete a Max Broad Jump 

Each athlete will have 3 opportunities to establish a best jump 

Broad Jump Inches + Verical Jump Inches = Score 

For all events, the designation of Partner 1/2 can be switched based the strategy for that event. 

In 7 minutes For Max Reps -

Bench Press + Strict Pullups = Score

In 3 minutes Athlete 1 will complete a single Max UB Set of Bench Press

RX =185/120 --- Scaled and LEGENDS =135/85

1 minute Transition 

In 3 minutes Athlete 2 will complete a single Max UB Set of Strict Pullups. Each pullup will score as 2 reps 

RX - no scales 

Scaled and LEGENDS

athletes can choose to complete a Max Effort Dead Hang in place of strict pull-ups for points athlete will receive 1 rep for every 30s 

 

In 15 minutes 

Athlete 1 will have 7 minutes and 3 attempts complete a 1RM Back Squat 

1 minute transition 

Athlete 2 will have 7 minutes and 3 attempts complete complete a 1RM Power Clean 

Athletes will only work one at a time and each will have a set time to establish their max.
