LBK Fall Games 2023
About This Competition
LBK Fall Games 2023 will be a 4 person co-ed team CrossFit Competition! (2M/2F)
There will be an RX division, Intermediate division, and a Scaled division. The top 3 teams in both divisions will receive some great podium prizes and swag! Division standards will be released closer to the time of the event. To help push you in the right direction, use the CrossFit Open as a guide to decide what division your team signs up for. All standards will be consistent with CrossFit Games Open Standards. Each participant that signs up before August 25th, 2023 will be guaranteed a t-shirt! We will use your size entered off your registration information.
Event Timeline:
Friday September 22nd: 5pm-9pm
Saturday September 23rd: 7am-3pm

For the pull up rig, chalk and grips are allowed. Taping the pull up rig IS NOT ALLOWED!! We do supply chalk and grips are extremely encouraged!
Refund policy: No refunds will be considered, but we will allow team members to be replaced leading up until the event starts.
Please email us if your team needs some adjustments, and we will be happy to change team names / team members.
