South West Fours.
- Direct entry, that means no qualifiers!
- Mixed teams of four (2M & 2F).
- Four events.
- Two athlete divisions: Debut (scaled) or Pro (RX).

Single Unders
Jumping Pull Up/Chest to bar
Hanging knee raise
Jerk @ 45/30 KG
Clean @ 60/40 KG
Snatch @ 40/25 KG
Deadlift @ 80/50 KG
1 x Dumbbell @ 22.5/15 KG
2 x Dumbbell @ 15/10 KG
Pro (RX):
Double Unders/Crossovers
All Gymnastic Movements
Toes To Bar
Jerk @ 70/50 KG
Clean @ 80/60 KG
Snatch @ 60/40 KG
Deadlift @ 100/70 KG
Overhead Squat @ 60/40 KG
2 x Dumbbells @ 22.5/15 KG
All categories will compete on the one day for a spot on the podium.
Podium prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams in all categories.
Workouts will be released during the week leading up to the event.
Team tickets are not refundable but can be transfers or team changes can be made until the registration deadline - 2 weeks before the event.
Street parking only.
Dogs welcome at the venue.

Athlete Registration: from 7:45am
Athlete Briefing: 08:15am
First Heat: 09:00am
Event ends/Podiums: 05:00pm
