About This Competition
BFMG Jailbreak Tour is Part Of The Solution!
The competition will take place over the course of one day and will be for same sex pairs.
Athlete registration will open at 7:45 am, with an athlete briefing to follow at around 8:15 am. The first workout will take place at 9:00 am.
We will have two categories; Scaled and RX.
Scaled: Whether you've done functional fitness for 2 days or 2 years we want you to get involved. There won't be any advanced movements or gymnastics in this category, just lots of fun!
RX: For the more experienced athlete, some heavier weights and slightly more advanced movements. You know the drill.
This a direct entry competition, with no qualifiers.
This is a non-profit event, all profits made on the competition will be going back to your gyms!
Spectator tickets are free (but please still register for one!) however, as we are working alongside Part Of The Solution all donations are welcome on the day.

Workout notes:
Athlete 1 will complete their T2B/Sit Ups, then 10 D-ball then the second set of T2B/Sit Ups. They will then tag in Athlete 2 who will complete their round with 10 D-Ball movements. They will then tag back in Athlete 1 who will move on to T2B/Sit Ups, then 8 D-Ball Over Shoulder/Box and then T2B/Sit Ups - this will continue until both athletes have completed their round with 6 D-Ball Over Shoulder/Box.

Workout notes:
Athlete 1 will complete their round of 21 cals and 21 thrusters, they will then tag in Athlete 2 who will complete their round of 21 cals and 21 thrusters. Athlete 2 will then tag back in Athlete 1 who will begin their round of 15 cals and 15 thrusters, and so on.
