16 Alt. Pistols

Time Cap: 4 min

Only one member of each team is completing this workout. Once completed is tagging the hand of second team member to complete "Part II".

Part II

For Time:

9-7-5-3

Deadlift (225/275/315/345)

Weighted Pistols (15/25/35/50)

Time Cap: 4 min

After being tagged by team member who has completed "Part I" second team member may begin "Part II". Once completed second team member must tag in first team member to complete "Part III"

Part III

For Time:

15 Synchro Burpee Box Jump Overs (30")

15 Synchro Toes-to-Bar

15 Partner Deadlift (405)

Time Cap: 4 min

After second team member has completed "Part II" they must tag the first team member and both then complete "Part III".

10 min AMRAP

Synchro 25ft HSW

1 Squat Clean

*One barbell, choice of weight, weight must increase at least 10+lbs each round, cannot continue to next round until both teammates have completed the squat clean.
