About This Competition
Fittest on Farm Mixed Teams of 4.
Mixed Teams of ( 2 males and 2 females)
Four 15 minute Fun Workouts outdoors competition.
Join a fun day of fitness we have DJ Logun joining us and Food vendors. All participants will receive a medal and podium finishers will receive a trophy.
Spectators are welcome for £5 entrance fee. Please note children must be accompanied by an adult and NO DOGS are allowed on site.

Workouts
Workout 2
Each team will split into 2 Sub Teams who will complete alternating rounds
On 3 - 2 - 1, Sub team 1 will complete a 300 / 250m row at the same time, once finished in the remainder of the 3 minutes will accumulate as many lengths as they can on RD 1, once the 3 minutes have been completed, Sub team 2 will begin a row, and complete Round 2 while Sub team 1 rest, and so forth
Once you reach round 5, Any 2 Athletes will complete the row as long as this is the distance specified for male and female, the row can only start when the tyre has been picked up and held off the floor by the 2 resting athletes, once the row has been completed, all athletes will carry the tyre for max metres in remaining time
Movement standards will be briefed on the day
Workout 4
On 3 - 2 - 1, 2 Athletes will start to work their way through 80 Wall balls in a 1 for 1 fashion, you can change in and out as you please during this movement, after this the team will then complete 1 full lap holding a log and then each team member will then be required to complete 1 rope climb or the relevant scaled option
The team will then progress through the remainder of the chipper synchronised, completing a log run and rope climbs after each movement
All movement standards and scaling options will be briefed on the day
Workout 3
On 3 - 2 - 1, 3 Athletes will pick up the worm and complete
12 Worm deadlifts
9 Worm Hang Cleans
6 Worm THRUSTERS
Once complete, 2 Athletes must hold the worm off then floor while 2 athletes run out and complete 20 Wall overs and 25 Cal Assault bike
The workout is complete when 3 full rounds have been completed, and all athletes have ran over the finish line
Workout 1
On 3 - 2 - 1, Each team member will be responsible for carrying one sandbag over the hay bales in a Indian file fashion, once all sandbag’s are on the opposite side of the bales, as a team you will complete
4 Synchro Sandbag Squats
4 Synchro Sandbag Cleans
4 Synchro Burpees over line
You will then take the sandbags back over the bales to the opposite side and work your way up the ascending ladder, adding 2 reps to every movement
Athletes can change sandbags as they please throughout the workout
Movement standards will be briefed on the day
