CrossFit Collective will be hosting the "Collective Cup 2021" on September 18th 2021 with indoor and outdoor events. This competition is designed for new and experienced athletes. Take your chances and get spicy with a
Male/Male or Female/Female pair!

Event Details:
Athlete check In - 7:00 - 8:00 am
Comp Start time - 9 am
3 WODS + 1 Floater & 1 Final
THREE Divisions: RX, Scaled, Masters (35 and Up)
Two Partner Competition: MM/FF (only two people to a team)
-Weights/Cals/Modifications will be designed equally for either pair.

Trading Places: You can substitute an athlete up until August 2nd, email notification of change is required!
REFUND POLICY:
No Take-Backs – Life happens—we totally get that. But please be aware that if you cannot participate in the weekend’s events, we cannot offer a refund for any reason.

*Cleaning all equipment will happen between heats to ensure safety for all of our athletes, judges and volunteers. We ask that you do your part as well. Stay home if you are feeling ill, wash your hands, sanitize and help keep your space clean.
Day Of Event:
Athlete registration:7:30am-8:30am.
Athlete briefing: 8:30am sharp!
-We love animals but please leave your pets at home. Thank you.
BYOC: Bring your own chair! Tent, yoga mate, blanket, whatever makes you comfortable outside while you wait.
Parking: There is plenty of parking available, we will post a photo of the athlete parking area and look for the signs.
Athlete Warm Up: There will be a designated area for athletes to warm up, we will provide a picture with the location on our Instagram page/Facebook page.
BE PREPARED: You will need to provide a valid ID to complete check-in with your partner.
Partner must be present to check in.
SPECTATORS: There is no FEE to spectate.
VENDORS: Will have a specific location on the property.

CrossFit Collective reserves the right to adjust any prize money/swag prior to August 2nd based on ticket sales.
CrossFit Collective reserves the right to adjust the weights/movements prescribed prior to the competition.
Please do your best to pay attention to your heat times! If you miss your heat time or floater slot be prepared to accept no points for the work out.

MASTERS: Devil’s Press (35/25)
SCALED: OHS (75/55)
At 3,2,1 go one athlete will begin with all 13 OHS, once they are finished, the second partner will complete the assault bike calories, once that is complete, partner 1 will then complete the devil’s press. Partners will continue to alternate movements in this fashion until the 9:00 mark. Score is total number of reps, there is no tiebreaker. Athletes are responsbile for resetting the bike back to 0 cals after every turn. Any athlete can reset the bike, but it is not the judges duty to reset the monitor.

Synchro Bar Facing Burpees

At 3, 2, 1 go athletes will begin with ski calories, divided however they choose and move onto synchronized bar facing burpees. Bar facing burpees will count when both athletes have their chest on the ground on the same side of the bar. Athletes may travel over the bar any style they choose. Once athletes finish their last 15 burpees, they will move onto a max clean. The clean may be squat or power, and you may add or subtract weight as needed. For the rep to count, athletes must show full control of the bar at the top. Both of these workouts will be scored separately, however, the time for part 1 will be used as a tie breaker for part 2

1. Heaviest successfull weight lifted. Partner 1 lift + Partner 2 lift = Score!

Round 1: 40 Toes to Bar (split the work however you want)
Round 2: 30 Pull ups (split the work however you want)
Round 3: 20 Chest to bar (split the work however you want)
Round 4: 10 Muscle Ups (split the work however you want)

SCALED: 12 Jumping Pull-ups one partner hangs from the bar while the other works. For all 4 rounds!

At least one athlete must be able to do Jumping Pull ups
At 3,2,1 go athletes will begin their synchronized muscles-ups. The rep will count when both athletes have their arms locked out at the same time on top of the bar. Once the prescribed muscle ups are complete, athletes will move onto the synchronized step overs. The rep will count when both athletes have both feet on the ground on the same side of the box. Once the step overs are complete, athletes will move onto the double unders which can be broken up however the team chooses. The workout is complete after the 4th round or at the 16:00 mark. If the workout is incomplete, your total number of reps will count for your score. There is no tie breaker.

At 3, 2, 1, go, partner 1 will complete the entire first workout. Once they are finished with their round of 9, they will tag partner 2 who will complete the entire second workout. Score is time it takes to complete the workout. If you are time capped, score is total number of reps. There is no tiebreaker.
