From the 4th May 12.00 Pm until Sunday 8th 12.00Pm you have the chance to max out!
In a 10 min window complete a 1 rep max deadlift and 1 rep max back sqaut. Your scores must be both entered from the ONE 10min window, not best attempts from multiple days.
No assistance is allowed with barbell or changing of weights, you may only use one barbell.
Barbell must start emtpy.
Only traditional deadlift is allowed, no lifting straps allowed.
Lifts will then be scored using the sinclair system.
