About This Competition

Halmstad Throwdown

är södra Sveriges bästa arenatävling där nybörjare och Intermediate-atleter gör upp om segern. Inramningen och förutsättningarna för ett bra event är makalöst bra och 2021 kör vi åter igen! Två en-dagarstävlingar för att kunna ge fler atleter tid på arenagolvet. Är du sugen på att börja tävla så är det här tävlingen för dig!

Halmstad Arena är en makalös stor arena som ger oss förutsättningar att genomföra en säker tävling trots Corona. Förutom att följa de riktlinjer som Folkhälsomyndighete & Riksidrottsförbundet har vid tillfället för arrangemanget så kommer vi genomföra flertalet åtgärdar för att tävlingen ska bli ett säkert arrangemang. Nedan listar vi några av dessa:

Begränsat antal startplatser.
Begränsat antal atleter på golvet samtidigt, vilket ger större yta / atlet.
Stora ytor för warmup, call room etc.
Vi kommer hänvisa ”vilande” atleter till att sprida ut sig på hela arenan läktare (rymmer 4000)
Samarbete med CleanWipes som kommer förse arenan med utrustning att torka av sin utrusning med.
Längre tid mellan varje heat vilket möjliggör fullständig rengöring av utrustning + rigg.
Atleter medtar eget magnesium och burk (typ matlåda) att förvara det i. Lösa block kommer inte accepteras på arenan.

Handsprit tillgänglig för alla tävlande.

Fysisk kontakt utanför laget (high five etc.) kommer bestraffas som regelbrott.
