About This Competition
Hello boys and girls,
Spree CrossFit has invited CrossFit Icke members to come together on Easter Monday for a nervrocking Easter Bash.
What is on Spree’s mind?
We want to do some sports, enjoy food and drinks.
Call it a battle between CrossFit Icke and Spree CrossFit. Well, Monday will show how it will be.
IT IS TIME TO HAVE SOME FUN! :)
We welcome every one of you!
Every one - you, spectators, family members, friends and also, you, as an athlete, the one who with your team members will sweat during workouts.
What is on the Menu for this Easter Bash?
Team of 4 workouts for mixed * teams.
No DIVISIONS, because the workouts will be written for all CrossFit levels and will be doable for everyone.
Remember, we want to have fun and NOT imitate next level CrossFit Games.
There will be no Thrusters or Double Unders, however, keep in mind to have in your team someone who can do the movements you can not do.
Athletes and judges should arrive from 9:30 until 10:00.
Athlete and judges Briefing is from 10:15 until 10:45.
First wourkout starts at 11:00 sharp.
There will be 3 workouts and one final workout. **
So far we know that our morning will start with Cardio workout, go into strength test leading into Gymnastic work. Final workout will be short and spicy.
After working out we will have some food and drinks. Time to recharge and recover.
Workouts are planed until around 15:00.

Every Team should take 1 judge with them. Judge should register via Competition Corner as Volunteer. Team without judge will not be participation at the event.
All movements will be judged based on Crossfit movement standards.
Please, register your team here, on Competition Corner until 10th of April, so Spree team can plan the final time table and the BBQ part.

One Pair is working and completing first 3 rounds, then second pair complete 2 rounds. In remaining time athletes complete HSPU, switch as needed.
SCORE: Completed Handstand Push ups in remaining time.

1 RM Bench Press *
1 RM Power Snatch *
Team has 30 min to find 1 RM Bench Press and 1 RM Snatch. Team can choose how much time they spend in each station and where they start. Starting with 1 RM Snatch is allowed. Only when all 4 Athletes establisched their 1 RM one station and judge wrote the max weight lifted for each athlete, athletes can move to next station and start their 1 RM attempt.
*Weight can only increase. Valid rep is controled rep, done without any assitance.
Score: Sum of 4 Athlete Max weight lifted.

Each Athlete do 5 rounds, switch every minute.
One Athlete start with the Rest minute.
