About This Competition
Welcome to "Get Out For The Inn"!
In Support of The Inn in St Thomas ON 
We are thrilled you want to take care of your health while taking care of others. "Get Out For The Inn" challenges you to get moving outside (even in the cold!). Did you know that only 20% of Canadians spend the daily recommended amount of time outdoors? Let's make this season different- all while making a difference for your community!

How Does it Work??
This is a fun 5-day outdoor challenge. Anyone can join and we encourage you to participate with friends and family. You can use any form of non-motorized transportation including:
-Walk
-Run
-Bike
-Ski
-Skate
-And More
How Do I track My Distance?
Travel as many Kms as you can each day to get the best score possible! You can use your fitness tracker, an app on your phone (we like strava.com) or track your distance on a map like an old fashioned explorer- up to you!!

Simply Submit your total distance accumulated each day (use "submit Score" button) to track your progress. There will be a leaderboard so you can see how well you are doing and cheers others on!

Not only are you committing to your own health but you helping others as well. By participating in the event, you are supporting "The Inn" in St Thomas.
