The platforms will be equipped with 2 sets of 45 lbs & 25s, and pairs of 15s, 10s,5s &2.5s, 345 lbs of weight with a men’s and women’s barbell at their platform. Athletes must use their clamps on barbell and let the judge know how much they will be attempting prior to lifting. Judges will be asked to confirm load before next weight is loaded. Athletes can load and unload weights as they please.

Standards
At go 1 male and 1 female will begin their synchronized thrusters, reps need to have the same hip crease below knee standards as used with wall ball and meet wrist, elbow, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle alignment like Kb snatch, when both athletes pass through the squat and finish locked out over head that counts as 1 rep. The squat portion of the thruster does not need to be synchronized, just the lockout. When both athletes are locked out the judge will call the rep number out loud, athletes can switch at any time and in any order.
After completing the set of thrusters all four athletes will shuttle across the competition floor around a coned box 1 at a time, a tag needs to happen somewhere on the body of the athlete running in and tag needs to be behind the line.
