IMPORTANT DIVISION DETAILS:
ELITE INDIVIDUAL DIVISION workouts in the competition are suited to athletes that are aiming for semi final's level or beyond. The events we have put toether are designed for advanced athletes to test their fitness against other advanced. We will have a small field. If you are on the fence, we suggest picking PRO PAIRS.
Elites will be tested across a broad range of areas to find the fittest.
PRO PAIRS events are designed to test teams and individuals that would compete in events like the CrossFit Open, Torian Pro, Down Under and those that take their training seriously. This will provide some of you with an opportunity to step outside of your comfort zone and level up. We will have a mix of high skill movements involved on the day, so why not test yourself?
Pro Pairs will have a mix of high and low skill movements and team work/communication will be tested throughout.
The HYBRID TRIO competition is suitable for Hybrid, Open & Quarter Finals level athletes who show an intermediate to advance level of competency through a wide variety of movements. Workouts in this competition will be varied and allow for shared work which may allow you to complete smaller sets of high level movements shared throughout your team.
Hybrid Trios wont have high skill/complex movements, this will test your engine, communication, power output, strength and overall team work.

WORKOUTS & STANDARDS
All workouts will be released in the lead up to the event to allow you the chance to be properly prepared and execute to the best of your ability on the day and teams will be able to strategise.
Movement standards will be outlined prior to the event and judges will be trained to hold this standard.
A video brief of each event outlining workouts, workout flow and movement standards the week before the event.

WARM UP AREA - provided with basic equipment involved on the day, BYO specifics like bands, foam rollers etc.
PARKING - street parking available along Monro Ave and Bath Road. McDonalds is located next door but only offer 45 minute parking so we do not recommend parking there. Please respect our neighbours and local businesses when parking.
SPECTATORS - bring your friends along to spectate, we have reserved space out the front of the gym to spend the day, we will have some Marquee's available but we suggest if you have your own to bring and set up prior to the event.
FOOD & DRINK - coffee available across the road at Thoroughbread Bakery, we are located close to South Village shopping centre and plenty of local cafes that will have food available. We also have a microwave available to use if needed.
