About This Competition
Winter Solo 2025 Individual Fitness Competition
Strength - Endurance - Willpower - Athleticism
Move4Life is BACK AGAIN with its premier fundraising event, the Winter Solo individual competition. This will be our sixth year hosting this event. Each workout will put your athleticism, strength, endurance, willpower, and mental toughness to the test. Each competition event features one activity that demonstrates the capabilities of the Military and First Responders.
FORMAT: Individual
WODs: There are four (4) WODs - three scheduled and one Floater. There is no final WOD. All WODs will be announced via our IG and FB pages in September, October, and November 2025. Important Dates:
- Earlybird Registration Deadline: Saturday, October 11 at Midnight
- Guaranteed Tee Shirt Registration Deadline: Thursday, November 20, at Midnight
- Final Registration Deadline: Friday, December 5, at Midnight
- Event Date (Game Day): Saturday, December 13, 2025

PRICING: $125 per athlete
NO REFUNDS: If you are unable to attend the event after registering for any reason, it is your responsibility to find someone to replace you.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Be prepared to provide your one-to-two-word 'code name' during registration. Think of it as your ‘battle code persona’ you want the world to know you by. We will use your registration name on your placard if you do not provide a code name.
PRIZES: Male and Female Elite, Rx, Legends, and Legends+ Podium finishers will receive cash payouts (final amounts TBD in October 2025). All other divisions will also receive valuable rewards, including the Ragnar Axe for all Male & Female 1st place finishers (ALL DIVISIONS).

Athletes will sign up for a 6-minute window anytime between 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM. The floater signup sheet will open on Friday, December 12, at 5:30 PM at Top Tier Columbia during the Early Check-In window.

Carries: Full 100 ft distance (50 ft down and 50 ft back) required for each segment (10 total reps).
Bike: Calories verified on monitor.
Sequence: Must be completed in the exact listed order.
Scoring: Fastest total time. Time for this workout will be scored down to the tenth of a second MM:MM.MM
WOD Tiebreaker: Fastest completed Yoke or D-Ball segment (if exact tie).
Competition Tiebreaker: The fastest time for this WOD serves as the overall competition tiebreaker in case two or more athletes are tied in points after WODs 1, 2, and 3 are completed.
