Whether you’re here to set a personal best, challenge your friends, or simply enjoy the thrill of the race, we’ve got something for everyone. Our course is packed with  test that will test your agility, strength, speed, endurance and determination.

But remember, it’s not just about speed – it’s about heart, grit, and the spirit of never giving up. As you make your way through the course, don’t forget to cheer on your fellow racers.

A little encouragement goes a long way, and we’re all in this together, striving for greatness. And when you cross that finish line, no matter your time, you’re a winner in our book because you dared to take on the challenge.

EVENT STANDARDS:

RX DIVISION:

60/40kg Clean & Press. 

Must be able to Jump onto Box height of 24/20 inch.

 

INTERMIDATE DIVISION:

50/35kg Clean & Press.  

Step up and down on a 24/20 inch box. (jumping also allowed)

 

SCALED DIVISION:

40/30kg Clean & Press. 

Step up and down on a 24/20 inch box. (jumping also allowed)

WORKOUT FLOW:

Each athlete will complete 2 concecutive pieces.

Athlete 1 completes- 800m run + 3km row

Athlete 2 completes- 800m run + 5km bike erg 

Athlete 3 completes- 50 clean & press + 800m run 

Athlete 4 completes- 2km ski erg + 800m run

Then ALL 4 athletes work through the 100 burpee box jumps to finish. Athletes must change out in waterfall style every 5 reps until all reps are complete. Eg. A1 does 5 reps then A2 does 5 reps then A3 does 5 reps then A4 does 5 reps. Continue in this fashion until all reps are complete. 

All box jumps for male and female will be at 24inches.
