Athlete or Athletes will begin with an empty wheelbarrow. At 3,2,1 go Athletes will move the wheelbarrow 75m to a load point. At the load point, the Athlete or Athletes will then load the displayed weight into the wheelbarrow. After all weight is loaded, the Athlete or Athletes will move down to the start line and return back to the load point with the loaded wheelbarrow. Once returned at the load point, the athletes will unload their weight and return back to the start line with the empty wheel barbell. This will finish the workout and the score is the time the Athlete or Athletes cross the start line with an empty wheelbarrow.

Teams**-Everyone must move together and Athletes can switch out at any time. ALL WEIGHTS MUST REMAIN IN THE WHEELBARROW!!
