About This Competition
Co-Ed teams of 4 mm/ff. Intermediate and RX divisions. You will have 2 1/2 hours to warm up and complete at least 3 workouts within your session. We will run sessions with 4-6 teams per session. Workouts may be completed in any order but all workouts must be finished before the end of your assingned session. Possible bonus workout off site so plan an additional 1.5 hrs. Ahahahahaha! That workout will be released before hand and you will be able to complete it any time during the day of competition. Leaderboard will be blind until the end of the competition. Workouts will be announced the day of. Don't worry, they're gonna be tough...but fair. No refunds, you can substitute athletes up until the day of. We're keeping this casual but honest In Regards to all the normal BS of competitions. Simply Sign up, show up, throwdown and have a ton of fun! You will need to show up 30 mins prior to your sessions to register, get briefed on workouts and warm up.

Workouts

MM/FF Pairs
Both Pairs will be working at the same time.
Partner A will be completing 5 squat cleans
Partner B will be completing max cals on assault bike.
When Partner A is done with the squat cleans they will switch and continue this sequence for 6 mins.

There will be two scores for this so you cant sandbag and just try to load up cals on the bike. MM+FF total cleans will be one score MM+FF total cals on bike will be other score

MMFF team will complete deadlifts with 1 athlete working at a time and all other athletes holding their bars in the top position of the deadlift. Reps start at the top of the movment. There is two different weight selections per male and female teams. This is your chance to strategize. Once you've picked your fate you ride that lightning till the end. After the round of 5 deadlift's is completed, teams will split into any combo of pairs they choose. Each pair will be required to complete 40/20 hspu's totaling 80/40 hspus per team. Intermediate may work as neede to get 40 hspus in each round. You may switch pairs each round as you see fit. You may not switch pairs while still performing work in a round. Yeah its a tad confusing but not really.

Pairs will complete a full round before the next pair goes. Workload may be split however you want!
Score will be the total reps completed
8 mins to establish a 1RM snatch
Pairs will go at the same time
MM Pair will share and start with an unloaded bar
FF Pair will share and start with an unloaded bar
*you may go up, drop back down or whatever you want. the goal is to get a real number. You should have plenty of time to do this
Score will be total pounds lifted between all athletes

One athlete woking at a time. goal is to accumulate as many reps as possible in each 4 min AMRAP. Order of athletes must stay the same for the whole workout but the work within each AMRAP may be split however you see fit. Score will be total reps of all the AMRAPS
Monserate Mountain
This is a time trial from the bottom entrance of Monserate Mountain stright to the flag at the top. Your team will all start at the same time but from there its a solo effort to get to the top as fast as possible. Your score however will be the cummulative time for each member of your team to get to the top. Go Fast! ahahahahahha
