Workouts
The Versa-killer climb is a 4 minute max effort event, performed by every team in the competition. Each competitor from the two person team will perform the climber 2min each, one immediately after the other. Total distance of the climb is measured.
Score is based on total distance climbed together over the 4 minutes, and ranked compared to other teams in their division and gender.
It is a "floating" event, meaning that each team can execute this event at any point during their resting down time between the other events.
KETTLEBELL REP STACK
One partner performs KB Swings (Arms to ear OH), while partner lifts a sandstone/atlas stone and holds it, walking it a total 50 yards. Partners exchange equipment and continue back and forth, stacking KB swing reps.
THE CATCH!: After each partner has performed a round of swings/run, TOGETHER they must perform 5 synchronized Hand Release Push Ups (HRPUs). Once complete, they return to chops and run, continuing their chop repetition count from where they left off. This process of synchronized push ups will continue to make each round complete.
Scoring: Scoring is based on how many reps of the woodchops are completed during the entire 10 minutes. Form of chop will be strictly enforced.
Design: Teams of Two. 10 minute workout
Partners will take turns pulling a weighted sled, each performing a lap of 50 yards (25 yards each way), and taking turns until 10 minutes is over.
The Catch!: The partner not sledding is on Rogue Echo Bike, is actively accumulating calories until partner returns with the sled. Partners then switch, continuing to add calories on the bike AND distance accomplished on sled.
Score:
Two separate scores achieved:
1: Total distance, in yards, achieved over the time prescribed. Partial laps are counted in yards completed. Rankings for the event are based on the total distance accomplished.
2: Total team calories on Echo Bike
Equipment/Loads:
Recreational Men: Sled + 2 45lb plates
Recreational Women: Sled + 1 45lb plate
Rogue Echo Bike
Teams of two. 12 min workout.
Both members of the team will run a 400m together, then return to platform to complete:

Score for #4: Is total time to complete the run AND 4 rounds of exercise combo.
With remaining time left until the 12 minutes is over, the team will now perform stone pickups, with choice of variety stone weight. The weight for each pick up from ground to shoulder is accumulated. Some important details:
- Partners must take turns completing 3 lifts in a row, until time is over.
- Competitors CAN choose to change stone weights during this portion of the workout.
Event example:

Partner B lifts 100lb stone x 3 = 300.
Total so far: 180 + 300 = 480.
