IFBB FITNESS CHALLENGE LEAGUE 2023
About This Competition
Fitness Challenge - Speed Fit is the new thing in the world of high-intensity training suitable for all ages and abilities.
The qualifying stage will have 3 workouts, 1 each week that will be announced every Thursday at 8:00 pm ET and must be uploaded to the platform through a YouYube link next Tuesday before 8:00 pm on the indicated day.
The Workout consists of 6 stations, each athlete having to perform the maximum possible Repetitions in 2 minutes in each of them, with a 2-minute rest interval between stations.
At the GOLD Level the standards are
-Strict Chin Ups (PRONO grip)
-Box Jumps (24in M/ 20in F)
-Parallel Dips
-Walking lunges (110pd M/65pd F)
-Sit Ups (25pd plate with arms outstretched)
-Burpees & Devil Press (35pd M/ 25pd F dumbbells)
At SILVER Level
-Australian Pull Ups (PRONE grip and feet on box)
-Jefferson Squats (bar with 135pd M/ 90pd F)
-Dips on Bench with Feet on drawer
-Static Lunges (35lpd M/ 25pd F dumbbells)
-Sit Ups (25lpd plate on the chest)
-Snatches with Kettlebell (25pd M/ 17pd F)
At the Bronze Level
-Australian Pull Ups (SUPINE grip and feet on the floor)
-Kettlebell Squats (2-handed suitcase grip 75pd M/55pd F)
-Push Ups (open)
-Static Back Lunges (1 Dumbbell on the chest 30pd M/20pd F)
-Sit Ups
-American Kettlebell Swing (full motion 25pd M/18pd F)
Once the 6 AMRAPS of 2' have been completed, the total number of repetitions correctly performed will be counted.
INDIVIDUAL CATEGORIES:
-Men 24 to 40 years
-Women 24 to 35 years old
-Junior Men -23 years
-Junior Women -23 years
-Masters Men +40 years
-MAsters Women +35 years
PAIRS AND TEAMS CATEGORIES:
-Couples Fitness Challenge (same-sex couples and mixed couples)
-Team Futness Challenge (team of 6 athletes of the same sex or mixed)
FINALS:
The Finals will be between September 8 and 10, 2023 in Miami, Florida, USA within the framework of the Miami Grand Prix 2023 Pan American Championship
ESPAÑOL
Fitness Challenge - Speed Fit es lo nuevo en el mundo del entrenamiento de alta intensidad adecuado para todas las edades y habilidades.
La etapa clasificatoria tendrá 3 entrenamientos, 1 cada semana que se darán a conocer todos los jueves a las 8:00 p. m. ET y deberán subirse a la plataforma a través de un enlace de YouYube el próximo martes antes de las 8:00 p. m. del día indicado.
El Entrenamiento consta de 6 estaciones, debiendo cada atleta realizar el máximo de Repeticiones posibles en 2 minutos en cada una de ellas, con un descanso de 2 minutos entre estaciones.
En el Nivel GOLD los estándares son
-Dominadas estrictas (agarre PRONO)
-Saltos al cajon (60cm H/ 50cm M)
-Dips en Paralelas
-Estocadas caminando (50kg H/30kg M)
-Sit Ups (plato de 10 kg con los brazos extendidos)
-Burpees & Devil Press (15kg H/ 10kg M mancuernas)
En nivel PLATA
-Pull Ups Australianas (agarre PRONO y pies en caja)
-Jefferson Squats (barra con 60kg H/ 40kg M)
-Dips en banco con pies en cajón
-Zancadas estáticas (15kg H/ 10kg M mancuernas)
-Sit Ups (plato de 10 kg en el pecho)
-Arranques con Kettlebell (12kg H/ 8kg M)
En el Nivel Bronce
-Pull Ups Australianas (agarre supino y pies en el suelo)
-Sentadillas con pesas rusas (agarre de maleta a dos manos 32 kg H/24 kg M)
-Flexiones (abiertas)
-Estocadas Alternadas hacia Atras (1 mancuerna en el pecho 12,5 kg H/7,5 kg M)
-Sit Ups Regulares
-American Kettlebell Swing (movimiento completo 12 kg H/8 kg M)
Una vez completados los 6 AMRAPS de 2', se contabilizará el total de repeticiones realizadas correctamente.
CATEGORÍAS INDIVIDUALES:
-Hombres de 24 a 40 años
-Mujeres de 24 a 35 años
-Jóvenes Hombres -23 años
-Jóvenes Mujeres -23 años
-Másters Hombres +40 años
-MAsteres Mujeres +35 años
CATEGORÍAS DE PAREJAS Y EQUIPOS:
-Couples Fitness Challenge (parejas del mismo sexo y parejas mixtas)
-Team Futness Challenge (equipo de 6 deportistas del mismo sexo o mixto)
FINALES:
Las Finales serán entre el 8 y 10 de septiembre de 2023 en Miami, Florida, USA en el marco del Campeonato Panamericano Miami Grand Prix 2023
