RoxFire Superhero Gauntlet
About This Competition
Join RoxFire Fitness on Saturday May 2nd for our first ever RoxFire Superhero Gauntlet. We’ve created an endurance test comprised of 3 miles of running and 300 reps of various movements. Using either body weight or weighted exercises, you’ll move through the entire workout and once completed log your score on a digital leaderboard.
RoxFire Members get 2 points towards our At Home Challenge for participating (and uploading your scores) and an extra point if you get someone not at the gym to join you!

SATURDAY, May 2nd - anytime!
WHERE:
Anywhere - that’s the beauty of this event! Now that some parks are back open, we hope to see you on running routes in FTL or even by the beach! Perhaps you’ll even pass another really sweaty person rocking a ROXFIRE SHIRT shirt (give em’ an air fist bump).
HOW:
During the 24 hour event window, hit this workout anytime that fits your schedule.
While we are requiring proof of your runs, the movement reps are completely on the honor system.
The entire RoxFire staff will be participating alongside (apart) with you. We're excited to have both members and non-members participate! We miss seeing all of you and can’t wait till we can see you moving in person, but until then we hope this event brings you a sweaty smile knowing the rest of your RoxFire Fam is training bold and living wild.

IGNITUS BODYWEIGHT GAUNTLET
Run 1 mile
100 Air Squats *3s pause in the bottom
Run 1 mile
100 V-Ups *2s hold at the top
Run 1 mile
100 Burpees
THE COMMANDER WEIGHTED GAUNTLET *(using weight/object of your choice)
Run 1 mile
100 Front Squats *3s pause in the bottom
Run 1 mile
100 Hip to Overhead *2s pause overhead
Run 1 mile

MODIFIED BW GAUNTLET
Run .5 mile
75 Air Squats *3s pause in the bottom

75 V-Ups *2s hold at the top

*Please note, you can elect to bike ride instead of run, but it will be a 1:3 ratio, meaning 3 miles of bike for every mile of run.
