4th Annual IST Classic
About This Competition
The 4th Annual IST Classic will be held on September 9th.
Part 1 will be held at the IST Ranch from 10:00am to 1pm.
Part 2 will be held at IST from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Teams of 2, either Male-Male or Female-Female, will compete in 6 events. The first 3 events will be held at the IST Ranch and the final 3 events at IST. There will be Rx and Scaled divisions.

We will celebrate the competition with a party at IST starting immediately after the event.

Each invidividual will get an IST Coffee Mug

Rx Division

Running
Double DB exercises with 50/35
Squat cleans from the ground
Box Jumps (24/20)
Deadlift 185/135
Toe to Bar
Pull Ups

Double DB exercises with 35/20-25s
Full depth squat cleans
