About This Competition

 

  • CrossFit Restore is proud to announce the first Restore Rumble Team Throwdown in honor of CrossFit Restore's recent expansion  to thier facility.
  • CrossFit Restore has been open for over 10 years. We are excited to welcome the local CrossFit community to our gym for the first ever throwdown. We hope to have a fun fitness filled day with: 
    • Rx Divisions 
    • Scaled Divisions
    • 10/14/2023
    • 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
    • CrossFit Restore:
      • 1400 Plumber Way Roseville, Suite 100
  •     The competition will consist of teams of 2, same sex pairs. There will be 4 workouts with traditional Crossfit programming.
  • 1st place RX teams will receive invite to the 2024 Northern California Classic

   We hope to bring together the community with an area for vendors, spectators, a DJ and more. Everyone is welcome and we hope to see you out there competing or spectating!

*only 1 Athlete completing their Deadlifts while other partner is performing a dead hang from the Pull up bar. Athlete can only work while partner is hanging.

On a 12 min clock teams will establish a 1RM:

  • Partner A: 1RM Snatch
  • Partner B: 1RM Clean and Jerk

*Athletes will share a barbell during the 12 min timecap.

*Athletes will announce each weight to the judge prior to lifting.
