For this event, 1 athlete will be working on the reps, while one athlete holds or hangs, while the other athlete is back on the start pad.
At the call of 3-2-1 Go, Athlete 1 will run out to the bike and Athlete 2 will pick up the KBs to hold in the rack position. You can only rack up calories on the bike while a teammate holds the KBs in the rack position. Athletes may switch out for each other whenever they want and in whatever order they would like. Once the team hits 150 calories, or however many is for your division, on the monitor, they will then move to accumulating 75 Wall Balls while one athlete holds a plate overhead. Once the team accumulates 75 Wall Balls, they will then move to accumulating 100 Pull Ups. There is no minimum work requirement on this workout per teammate. An athlete may choose to do all 100 pull ups on this workout if they wish.
Once all 100 Pull Ups are completed, their team will run back to the starting pad where time will be called.
8 Minutes to Find Max:
1 Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats
Each team will start with an empty barbell. At the call of 3-2-1 Go, each team will have 8 minutes for every member to find a Max for 1 Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats complex. Only 1 Athlete may work at a time, however, your team members may help add weight to the barbell. For the Snatch lift, you may do either a Power Snatch or a Squat Snatch. Each athlete may lift as many times as they want in the 8 minutes.
The team’s score for Event #3 is each members’ max lift in the complex added together. If any team member is unable to successfully lift at least one time, the athlete will receive a score of “0.”
