*Athletes will begin by the rig to perform rope climbs then jump over 2 boxes on their way to the barbell (facing the finish mat/crowd). As weight increases each round, athletes must load their own plates.

*E3MOTM (including first minute) athletes must buy in with suicide shuttle run. Each suicide shuttle will include 50, 75, and 100 foot distances.
