substitutions are not permitted. However, partner substitutions will be
permitted as long as the following criterion is met: One member of the
initial pair is competing. Please notify WE Lift Athletics of all changes via
email: weliftathletics@gmail.com. Also note that parent or guardian signatures
will be required for all participants under the age of 18.
