Meet you hero contest, LA compétition de CrossFit réservée aux forces de l'ordre !
Choisis ton/ta partenaire et viens affronter les autres équipes !
- Au programme, 3 WODs répartis sur l'après midi+ la finale pour les qualifiés ! Bonne ambiance garantie !
- Accessible à tous niveaux, prérequis :
- GYM : pull ups (2) - Muscle up (1)
- Maitrise du squat - deadlift - shoulder to overhead
- Maitrise des DU pour 1 athlète
-Equipes Mixtes ou H/H (minimul 1 militaire/1 civil ou 2 militaires)
Le premier WOD sera annoncé le vendredi soir, les autres le samedi matin.
Les places ne peuvent pas être remboursées, en revanche, elles peuvent être échangées si vous trouvez un remplacant.
