Chalk & Sweat geht in die 2. Runde!

Den Crossfit begeisterten Menschen des Siegerlandes wird somit eine Möglichkeit geboten, sich in 3 Divisions (Scaled, Advanced, RX) zu messen und gemeinsam eine gute Zeit zu haben. Lasst uns die Region vereinen!

Chalk & Sweat ist ein Teamwettkampf. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, die Workouts als Event in eurer Box / eurem Gym zu machen oder auch "alleine" im Team. Bitte beachtet, dass ein Videobeweis erbracht werden muss. 

Also: Schnappt euch eure/n Partner/in und meldet euch an. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

PART A besteht aus Row for Calories und Max Rep Burpees.

PART B Find 1RM Snatch

WOD #2 Gunpowder Gamble

 

Das Format ist "You go I go".

Das Workout besteht aus 3 Parts, die nacheinander abgearbeitet werden müssen.

Nach dem 2. Part müsst ihr euch die Zeit notieren.

Das Workout ist beendet, wenn das Timecap erreicht wurde oder alle Parts vorzeitig abgearbeitet worden sind.

 

WOD 3 Sunset Partner Picknick

Das Workout wird AMRAP 15 Minuten durchgeführt. Der Score ist die erreichte Wiederholungszahl.

Alle Movements werden synchron oder als Partnerbewegung durchgeführt
