RX: BBJOs (24/20) DB Bench Press (55/35) Rope Climbs (15')
Intermediate: BBJOs (24/20) DB Bench Press (40/30) Rope Climbs (halfway up)
Scaled: Burpee Step Overs (20) DB Bench Press (30/20) Zombie Pulls
Workout Flow: 3..2..1.. The pair will complete 12 synchro BBJOs (synchro will be at the bottom of the burpee and the top of the box). Once BBJOs are complete pairs can split the DB Bench Press however they would like. Both DB heads MUST make contact with each shoulder and a full-controlled lock out at the top for a good rep. When the buy-in work is complete, pairs will perform as many rope climbs as possible in the remaining time. The score is the total number of rope climbs performed in the 3 rounds.
Complex + Cardio
Part A: In 6 Minutes, each Partner will find a Max for the following complex:
- 3 Deadlifts
- 2 Hang Cleans (choice)
- 1 S2OH
1 Minute Rest/Transition
Part B: Partner A will complete 30/24 Cals on the Bike + 20/18 Cals on the Rower
Partner B with complete 30/24 Cals on the Rower + 20/18 Cals on the Bike
Workout Flow:
0:00-6:00 Each partner will share one barbell and find a max of the complex above. (unless M/F pair - two barbells will be provided)
6:00-7:00 Rest and transition to the rower and the bike.
7:00-12:00 Partner A will complete their bike calories while Partner B completes their row calories. When both are complete then partners will switch and complete the next prescribed amount of calories. Time is called when all calories are completed.

ME Sandbag over the Yoke
Workout Flow: Before the start, you and your partner will decide on the weight of the sandbag you will pass over the yoke together. At 3...2...1.. Partners will pass the sandbag over the yoke for 2 minutes. Every time the sandbag goes over the yoke it is 1 rep. Your score is total weight moved in the 2 minutes.
Ex: 100lb Sandbag for 20 reps = 2000lbs
Sandbag Options: 40lbs - 60lbs - 80lbs - 100lbs - 150lbs - 200lbs

20 Snatches (135/95)
30 T2B + Barbell Hold

Intermediate: Snatch (95/65) - T2B/Pull-Ups/C2B - 4 Wall Walks
Scaled: Snatch (75/55) - Knee Raises/L-Raises/Jumping Pull-Ups - 4 Scaled Wall Walks (open standard)
Workout Flow: 3...2...1...GO! Athletes will run to the barbell and perform 20 Snatches, split however. Then one athlete will go to the rig to begin T2B, while the other athlete holds the barbell in either DL, Front Rack, or Back Rack Hold. ALL RIG WORK will be completed with one athlete working on the rig movement, while the other athlete holds the barbell in position of choice. You can switch athletes whenever, but work cannot begin on the rig until the barbell is off the ground. HS Walking and Wall Walks will be performed without holding the barbell, split however. Once all work is complete, athletes will run to finish line and call time.
HS Walking: There will be no minimum work for the HS walk. Wherever the athlete falls, they will begin walking from there.
