About This Competition

 

Hey OCF Fam! 

Come join us for our 2nd Annual Hallo-Wod in house competition!

All the workouts will be more treats and some tricks! 🎃 

There will be a total of four events!!

Come as a ghoul, vamp, werewolf or any costume you choose to wear, not required but clothes are!! (Prize for best costume)

There will be two divisions, Rx and Scale, teams of two can me MM, FF, and FM.

Registration will be priced at $120 per team!

Limited Team Shirts are available at a separate cost! 

Refund Policy: Refunds must be requested three weeks out due to ordering of competition team shirts. 

Substitutions/Replacement: Team members may be replaced at any time up day of competition, shirt size may be limited to sizes pre ordered. 

Bring anything you'd like to get you through the day from gear to snacks. Reminder, pets are not allowed indoors of the facility.

Parking: Will be located west of the building, there will be a set of directions and location via email.

Partner A: 1 Power Clean + Front Squat

Partner B: 1 Front Squat + Jerk


Score: Total load combine

- On 3,2,1 Go! Athletes will look for a heavy complex, only one athlete may choose which complex to achieve a heavy load. Partner A will power clean plus front squat, after showing a good rep, they will rack the bar, partner B will choose what load, will unrack, perform one front squat plus one jerk (push or split) show control and rest feet if doing a split jerk, than drop the bar to the floor. 


Athletes will have 8’ to find a combine load. Athletes can alternate their own lifts and or one can find their max and partner B will find theirs.

10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch 50/35

3 Bar Muscle-Ups


- On 3, 2, 1 Go, Partner A will Row 500m as fast as they can, once 500m is complete, Partner B will Ski 500m. 

Score: Total Time to Complete Both.


- One athlete will complete a round while one rests, switches and repeats in the remaining time.

Score: Total Rounds plus reps

Scale: 20 Single Unders, Dumbbell 35/20, 5 pull-ups, 5 jumping pull-ups

- On 3,2,1 Go! Athletes will split up the calories and thrusters anyway they see fit, the bar facing burpees will be performed synchro style. As the reps for the thrusters decrease, the weight will increase. Athletes are responsible to unload and load bar.

- On 3,2,1 Go! One athlete will sprint through the listed movements as fast as they can, after the last movement, partner B will sprint through.
