My Bloody Valentine VII
About This Competition
Welcome to My Bloody Valentine VII!
Love is in the air...along with sweat and the loud banging of heavy weight hitting the floor!!
That’s right baby, My Bloody Valentine is back for the 7th consecutive year!
As always, this will be a team of 6 event with 3 men and 3 women on each squad. We have both Scaled and Rx divisions per usual.
With the CrossFit Open back on its regular schedule, this will give you all a head start on working off the winter/left over quarantine fluff 😉
We will kick off the competition season in style and bring you one of the best events we possibly can!
We will challenge your entire teams fitness, communication, and most importantly, TEAM WORK! This will be the “cannon ball” style format where you’ll complete a set of workouts back to back for the duration.
The programming will be challenging as always, but well within the capabilities of each division. Our goal is to find the best all around team, over multiple scored events, all while having a blast with your crew of course!
Athlete 3/4 baseball shirts will be designed and printed by our peeps at 7Five Clothing. We will have great music, awesome judging, and fun events lined up for you and we CAN’T wait!
Don’t hesitate to sign up. This event has sold fast since we started it 7 years ago and we will be reducing the registration by 6 teams total this year...and wait until you see why:)
