About This Competition
Deadline to register for a T-shirt is September 25th, 2021.
Refunds may be issued up until September 25th, 2021.
You may enter a substitute athlete at any point as long as the same division is maintained. If you are moving divisions with a substitute it needs to be done by October 1st.
There will be 4 workouts that are released on Instagram @thelife_collective over the next two months. Price will increase with the release of every new workout. These will all be announced via Instagram.
Teams of 3 - MMM, FFF, MFM, FMF in any combination.

15 minute AMRAP

15 Synchro Burpees over the Bar
20 C2B Pull-ups
*Cleans and Pull-ups are divide as needed.
You may rotate at anytime with the rower. When the rowing is complete all three teammates may divide as needed and only 2 individuals need to do the burpees.
15 minute AMRAP
10 Squat Cleans (95/65)
15 Synchro Burpees over the Bar
20 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/25)
*Cleans and Ground to OH are divide as needed.
