About This Competition
Forge Fitness is hosting its 4th annual Inferno CrossFit competition on April 30th, 2022.
The Forge venue and competition floor will be set across a sprawling 5 acres and inside an immaculate 17,000 square foot facility!
The divisions for the competition will be two-person teams consisting of Rx, Scaled, or Masters (35-39),(40+)--- Same-Sex AND Co-Ed!
Also introducing the Legends/Young Gun Division- 1 Partner is 35+ and the other can be any age.

Athletes may split Reps however they choose. If time capped, every rep remaining will count as 1 second added to overall time.
8 minute AMRAP
1 athlete maintaining wattage on the echo bike. 1 athlete performing macho man. Athletes can switch between bike and barbell whenever they choose. Note, you have to complete a full round of macho man ( 3 power cleans, 3 front squats, 3 sto ) to switch. For example, you can not do 3 power cleans and switch with the athlete on the bike.
At the minute mark you will begin to establish a 1 rep max cluster. You will have until the 15 minute mark to have your heaviest lift completed.
