In the remaining time complete as many reps of the gymnastics as possible in chipper style;

- 50 Pull ups

In the remaining time complete as many reps of the gymnastics as possible in chipper style;
- 80 AbMat Sit ups
- 60 Ring Rows
- AMRAP Pull ups
Flow
On go athletes will have 2 minutes to complete the buy in and as many reps of the gymnastics as possible in a you go I go style.
Athletes will the rest for 1 minute between intervals before starting again with the buy in and continuing through the gymnastics chipper.
Every minute on the minute
Min 1-4
Athlete 1 will complete 20 double unders
In the remaining time: Athlete 2 will attempt a Max Snatch
Min 5
Both rest
Min 6-9
Athlete 2 will complete 20 double unders
In the remaining time: Athlete 1 will attempt a Max Clean
NOTES
Scaled divison will complete 35 single unders
Lift can be Muscle, Power or Squat.
Lifts must initiate from the floor.
Lifts must be 1 fluid movement.
Hang movements will be disallowed.
Score will be the sum total of the heaviest and lightest successful clean and snatch
As a pair athletes must complete for time:
60/48 Calories Rowing
60 Wallball shots to a 10/9 foot target with a 9/6kg ball
60 Burpees over the Rower
60 Wallballs shots to a 10/9 foot target with a 9/6kg ball
60/48 Calories Rowing
There is a 16 minute time cap
Scaled:
50/40 Calorie Row
Wallballs 6/4kg to meet anywhere on the target
Notes
Burpees over the rower may be jump or step over in any division.
