Brigade Community Liftoff IV: Outlaw Total
About This Competition
The fun time of the year is here! Crossfit & Weightlifting come together combining amazing barbecue of the 2nd Annual Grill-Master BBQ Bash and love for the barbell in LiftOff IV!
BBQ plates will be available for purchase (menu to come soon) and a change to the Liftoff format performing the Outlaw Total in place of the Super Total. Participation in the Liftoff IV: Outlaw Total, is $5.
Event is LIVE
Outlaw Total is; 10 minutes for each lift to establish a heavy one rep snatch, one rep clean and jerk and 3 rep front squat from the rack. Rest 5 minutes/return weights directly into 15 minutes of Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats). Score is total of lifts plus reps from AMRAP15 Cindy. Total time 50 minutes of lifting and fitness!
Stick around after you lift as the 2nd annual BBQ Grill Master Competition continues! We have 6 contestants so far and if anyone is interested in joining in the competition, please, email Mike Browne at michael@crossfitbrigade.com. Deadline to be contestant August 14th.
BYOB is OK, but will not be allowed where the lifts are being performed. Authorized personnel will be on hand to assess impairedness. DON'T DRINK AND LIFT!
