About This Competition
TEAMS OF THE MIDWAY: 2 Person Teams
"Teams of the Midway" will be a one-day CrossFit Male/Male and Female/Female event on Saturday, September 17th, at CrossFit AMRAP in Cary, IL. The competition will feature 4 categories, Rx Open (18+), Scaled Open (18+), Masters Rx, Masters Scaled (Minimum age 40, must have a combined total age of 80+ years old).
This competition is designed specifically for Teams of 2, this is NOT AN INDIVIDUAL EVENT. As always, be prepared for the unknown as we shall test all areas of your fitness across a series of constantly varied, high-intensity, and functional movement workouts.
Athlete registration and check-in will begin at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 17th. All athletes must check-in prior to their heat time for Event 1.

*Masters Age Group Guidelines: The Master's group pertains to your particular age on the day of competition. For example, if you are 39 years old and will turn 40 on or by September 17th, you will be eligible to compete in the Master’s age division if your partner also meets the age requirement by that date.
There will be divisions for the following team types:
- Male/Male
- Female/Female
Divisions:
- Rx Open (18+)- Scaled Open (18+)
- Masters Rx (Minimum age 40, must have a combined total age of 80+ years old)
- Masters Scaled (Minimum age 40, must have a combined total age of 80+ years old)
*BOTH athletes must be in the same division and classification (Rx OR Scaled).
