About This Competition
The FORT Throwdown and launch party!
We would love for you to join us in the launch of FORT, previously P10 Fitness!
We have updated and improved our multifunctional facility bringing together three strength sports- CrossFit, Powerlifting and Weightlifting and strive to make FORT a hub for bringing these communities together!
There's no better way to kick things off than a little bit of fitness, so get a team of 4 together, choose either RX or Open level and get involved in this Fun Throwdown to help us to properly launch FORT!
There will be a 9:45am registration and then morning will start with a 15 minute warm up and Deadlift masterclass by Champion Powerlifter Sophia Ellis at 10am before getting into the Throw-down! (Thats a big old clue of what the first workout will include!)
The details:
- Teams of 4 -MUST include at least 1 Female and 1 Male
- All levels welcome- choose either RX or Open level
- 3 x 12 minute workouts
- Great opportunity to practice with your team for those competing at Turf Games the week after!
- Workouts released one week before!
On the day there will be-
- Brand new FORT merchandise available to buy
- Food supplied by Fresh Fitness food
- DJ suppling the soundtrack to your workouts
- Hybrid Media Bro photographing the whole day
- Launch day membership offers!
- 3RM Deadlift Lift off for our Powerlifting members!
If you can come down but don't want to compete then please still come join the launch to celebrate with us.
This is an amazing opportunity to bring our community together, grow our community and put FORT on the map!

In waterfall style (ie. athlete 2 can start as soon as athlete 1 is off the first machine; all machines must be reset* before each athlete):

150 single unders
25 synchro thrusters @ 35/25kg (2 athletes; must be MF pair)
100 single unders
25 synchro ground-to-overheads @ 35/25kg (2 athletes; must be MF pair)
50 box jump overs @ 24/20”

AMRAP 12:
40 partner wall balls @ 6/3kg* to 10ft target (2 athletes)
30 synchro ab-mat sit -ups (2 athletes)
20 synchro goblet squats (4 athletes) @ 20/12kg KB, 15/10kg DB
10 synchro burpees to target (2 athletes)
*FM uses 3kg ball, MM uses 6kg ball, FF uses 3kg ball
For time:
42-30-18 synchro bar-facing burpees (2 athletes)
