Workouts
YOU MAKE ME WANNA
For Time/12 Min Cap:
30 Thrusters (RX- 95/65, S- 75/55)
40 Pull-ups
30 Burpee Box Jump Overs
20 Thrusters (RX- 115/75, S- 95/65)
40 Toes-2-Bar
30 Burpee Box Jump Overs
10 Thrusters (RX- 135/95, S- 115/75)
40 Pull-ups
*Divide the reps however you want. Each partner must do at least one rep of every movement. Teams get one barbell and must tag in to change athletes.
*Scaled - Sub Ring Rows and Hanging Knee Raises. Can Step Up on the Burpee Box Jump Overs.
Score is Time! Every incomplete rep will add one second to your time.

The Strength!
You and your partner have 9 minutes to find a 1RM for the following complex:
1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Clean
*One grip, can regrip at the waist. The Hang Clean can be Power or Squat. Partners do not need to hit or finish at the same weight (ie: P1 opens with 155#, P2 skips and starts at 175#. P1 max out is 200#, P2 can continue adding weight in any remaining time, etc.)
Score is combined 1RM weight

*Devils Press reps start at 3 and increase by 1 each round. RX 50/35. Scaled 35/20
15 Double Unders to finish each round... just enough to be annoying... Scaled 20 Singles.
You Go- I Go Style Rounds - Partner 1 has odd reps (3, 5, 7, etc), Partner 2 has even reps (4, 6, 8, etc).
P1 begins with 10/7 cals on the bike, completes 3 Devils Press, then 15 Double Unders. P2 begins immediately and adds one rep to the Devils Press. Continue alternating and adding one DP rep each round.
Score is Total Reps (bike will count as 1)
