About This Competition

Our 5th annual competition that gives athletes an experience like competing at the CrossFit Games. We pride ourselves on always running on time and only our coaching staff and most experienced members will be judges. 

Workout Releases:

We will first release "teaser" workouts to give you a sample of what's to come. Then, we will release all workouts, except the finale, prior to the competition. 

Details:

1 Day

3 Venues: Cottonmill Park, Harmon Park pool, Kearney CrossFit inside & on our back field

Athlete, judge & volunteer party Saturday night

Teams of 2: M/M, F/F & M/F 

Divisions: Scaled & RX

Cash payouts to RX Divisions: Depends on total number of registrations

Prize packages for all divisions

As an athlete you can expect to be tested in all areas of fitness:

Bike, Row, Run (short and far)

Everyone will need to swim in RX, but scaled may just have 1 person swim if needed

Olympic Lift (light, medium, heavy)

Traditional Power Lifts (light, medium, heavy)

Odd Object

Gymnastics

Classic CrossFit

Lots of parking and room for tents to be set up adjacent to our gym and front row view of our back field.

*These are general guidelines. You should be able to move all weights for reps. We may not use weights this heavy, but we want you to be well prepared just in case.
