About This Competition
The BLK LBL Fitness MAX OUT CLUB is a 1 Rep Max Challenge that is a comprehensive strength test where athletes aim to achieve a cumulative total of 500, 750, or 1,000 pounds across three major lifts: the bench press, back squat, and deadlift.
Each participant has one hour to score a maximum effort lift for each exercise, scoring their heaviest successful attempt for each to reach or surpass the combined target weight.
This challenge tests overall strength, power, and technique, showcasing an athlete's capability in upper body, lower body, and full-body lifting movements.
