The Murph Challenge 2023
About This Competition
Once again 5 triple 9 Fitness will be organizing this event on Saturday the 27th of May 2023. (this will be on location)
The challenge consists of a series of exercises, including a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another one-mile run, all done while wearing an optional 20-pound weight vest or body armor.
The Murph Challenge is not just a test of physical endurance, but also a tribute to the sacrifice made by first responders and members of the military.
The challenge has become a popular way for individuals to show their support for first responders and military personnel while also pushing themselves to their physical limits.

Workouts
This workout begins with athlets starting in their lanes. After the call of "3, 2, 1... go," the athletes will run 1 mile (1.6k). After completion, the athletes enter back in their lane and start with the 100 pull ups. When completed athletes move to the next marked section for the 200 push ups. When completed the athletes move to the next section for the 300 air squats. Athletes then run 1 mile (1.6k) to the finish. The athlete's score is the time it takes for her/him to complete the workout.
