RX- Thrusters 115/85 & Chest to Bar Pull Ups
Masters- Thrusters 95/65 & Pull Ups
Scaled* - Thrusters 75/55 & Pull Ups
Teens* - Thrusters 65/45 & Pull Ups
*Jumping Pull Ups are allowed
Split Reps between partners as needed (Ex. Partner A performs 5 Thrusters, Partner B performs 16 Thrusters to complete set of 21)
