Jeden Monat erwartet dich ein neues Workout – mit einem ganzjährigen Leaderboard, das dich und die gesamte Community motiviert, alles zu geben.
Perfekt für alle, die sich mit den Besten messen wollen – und Spaß dabei haben!

🔹 So läuft’s ab:
Judge suchen – Workout machen – Gib alles im monatlichen Clash-Workout.
Eintragen – Trag deinen Namen und deine Zeit oder Punkte direkt selbst ins Leaderboard ein.
Vergleichen & motivieren – Sieh in Echtzeit, wo du stehst, und push dich gegenseitig!

RX = As prescribed (keine Anpassungen)
Scaled = Mit Anpassungen (muss angegeben werden)
Honor System – Wir vertrauen auf Ehrlichkeit. Judges können Leistungen stichprobenartig prüfen.

FOR MAX DISTANCE LUNGES

• Dumbbell lunges (max distance) - farmers carry

 

This workout is 5 rounds of 3 minutes work and 2 minutes rest, where you complete the row and box jumps, then use the remaining time to perform as many lengths of lunges as possible. Perform the dumbbell lunges in 5m segments.

Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 10-minute clock stops. If all 200 repetitions are completed, then score is the time on the clock when the last bar-facing burpee is done.
