In Partners: 2 Part Workout


PART A: Choose Your Strength 

Athlete A: 

For Time (2min cap): 10 Deadlifts + 10 Power Cleans + 10 Front Squats (70/50kg) (Scale 40/30kg) 

Athlete B: 

For Time (2min cap): 20 S/A Alt. DB Devils Press (22.5/15kg)(Scale 15/10kg) 


*2mins rest then into Part B ⬇️


PART B: 3rds For Time (15min cap) 

50 DU (Scale 100 Singles)

40 S/A DB OH Lunges (22.5/15kg) (Scale 15/10kg)

30 Toes To Bar (Scale 45 Butterfly Sit Ups)

20 Dual DB Thrusters 

10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (Scale can step over)
